SPCC 不是最叻才可讀IB !

有好叻, 亦有好普通成績的 分別入IB or DSE.

SPCC 的 DSE 學生都超好成績.  DSE成績是數一數二.  點會最叻入IB?
上年三十個醫科, 仲有Oxbridge; etc           


SPCC係自由選擇讀邊個課程!  最緊要適合自己興趣和讀書方法!  各有各發展!

我稔SPCC對中文冇把握的自然會選IB。
不過ESF Shatin college在non selective收生下，幼稚園小學又hea, 而且全民IB, 也出了7個IB 45分，才是真的令人喜出望外。

I think will be the largest IB full marks cohort in HK, I wonder if any other schools can break the record.

你錯了!
SPCC 中文一定要 Chinese Lang A , 除一兩個 Native English Students才特別安排.
IB Chinese Lang A  可以比 DSE 更困難.  學校中文老師都這樣說!

連英文都規定 IB  English Literature only.   English  Language and Literature 無得選!

幾乎全部學生 Bilingual Diploma. 其實辛苦好多!

SPCC 得59人報名IB.  成績真是令人鼓舞.  
同學仲要參加好多課外活動, 不能夠只是讀書.


SPCC 2017 IB result

  • 25% of our 59 students got a score of 44 or above, compared to the world’s 0.8%.
  • 6 got a score of 45; 9 got a score of 44; 9 got a score of 43.




Some of the students adjusted the marks from 44 to 45 last year.  Let's wait and see.

How do you calculate?


You should not count the total number of 45 only.

How many students take IB in Shatin College  this year ?  It was around 149 last year.

Simply assuming that the total number of students in SC is 149 this year.


8/149 x 100% = 5.37% = SC

6/59 x 100% = 10.17 % = SPCC  (Moreover, nearly 99% of students need to take Chinese Lang A as well.)

SPCC 有些學生讀國際學校幼稚園和小學的, 包括ESF.  

SPCC 小學上中學的少過一半.  而且, 大部份去咗外國讀書.


主要睇你是否在乎中文.

Just curious, all students can apply IBDP is pretty common in all dual curriculum DSS schools, what really special in SPCC.

係香港家長都知，無論小學或中學，spcc都收盡全港精英，仲未計家長花幾多心血去培育d學生。如果成績好唔過一間國際學校，spcc都顏面無存。兩間學校根本唔可同一層次比較。
