My boy is 3.8 years old.  He has started DMSA  prescribed by Dr Ko but only 3 doses was tried.  He then had a flu and we stopped the medication as suggested by Dr Ko.  She has highly recommended B12 injection on our last visit and her charge for each injection is HK$200.  

Yes, you're right, Dr Trodd charges lower in terms of everything.  My son is now having the B12 injection at home by my husband.  Dr Trodd charged us HK$200 for 8 times of injection.  He also has been taking glutathione and some other kind of vitamins.  

How's your son progress?  Is he taking the DMSA?

We had exactly the same story.  I felt that Dr. Ko was ripping me off charging $1200 for 4 weeks of vitamins that probably didn't worth more than $100.  I then switched my kid to Trodd as well.

Trodd is really more update in all these new trends in biomedical interventions.

How old is your kid ?  Boy or girl ?  Is he/she on Methyl B-12 shot and glutathione ?

When you were seeing Ko, did she put your kid on DMSA chelation ?

My kid is 3.5 years old.  He already received 2 full courses of DMSA chelation, each of 6 weeks, from Ko.  His mercury level, according to the recent hair test, is now normal.  

When we switched over to Dr. Trodd, we saw quite a obvious boost in his alertness and energy level with all these new supplements.  I reckon that was mostly due to the B-12 shots more than anything else.  Some parents claimed B-12 makes their kids hyperactive.  It does not apply in our case.

The latest "hit" is lipoceutical glutathione.  My kid is also on the other regular stuff, DMG, SuperNuthera, cod liver oil and so on.

Dear Dommom,

My son is now taking exactly the same vitamins as your son.  I don't see any significant improvement after 4 shots of B-12 injections but he does speak a bit more words and sentences lately.  I've just known glutathione is the latest discovery which has been helping many kids with autism in western countries.  

Are there any side effects since your son's been taking DMSA chelation?
