Which state boarding school in UK?

Now my son got accepted by Ashby, Burford, De Aston and Old Swinford. Which one is best?

Also my son is currently doing S3, should he (1) go to UK to do Year 10; (2) study S4 in HK and join Richard Huish to do GCE A-Level; (3) go to UK to do one year IGCSE?

其他學校唔知，我仔今年二月插班 Old Swinford 讀Year 9, 學校環境幾好，個town 好細，我仔話悶到要讀書。佢讀得好開心
