RC vs BHS

BHS冇咗政府資助, sch fee  $100700/ levy $38000 while RC is $105000 / levy $50000,

RC campus 大d資源好d又係用繁體...中學重有機會攞scholarship減免學費...係咪抵讀d呢?

rc校園大，但是小學及中學共用同一個校園，會劃分小學部及中學部。bhs校園小，但僅僅是小學部，且每級只有三個班，warm D

How abt sch fee in higher form? Have u compared?
Heard that BHS has foreign language learning but not in rc. Depends on what second language u prefer. U can check

For BHS secondary school fee, its still an unknown right?

ESF AND RC are 2 different curriculum in Year 7 to 11.

ESF - PYP from Year 1 to 6, IGCSE Year 7 to 11 & IB from Year 12 & 13
RC - PYP from Year 1 to 6, MYP Year 7 to 11 & IB from Year 12 & 13

In other words, if you don't want your child to switch to IGCSE path in Secondary school year, RC is a better choice.

RC has improved significantly in terms of the academic; and they are committed to strive for higher.  I tend to select RC over SJS.  

Anyone cam share your view here?

But all foundation schools will adopt MYP soon

Yes i heard so.
轉MYP對學校來說會是很大改變,到時老師資源各方面都會有調動,存在很多變數,或會影響IB result,我諗我會揀RC安全d.

原來新一屆foundation school已經行緊MPY，咁到我地小朋友升中都有六七年時間了喔

it's very difficult to choose between these 2 school, both are equally good....i got both offer, now i'm struggling...i read a lots of your previous posts, i learnt a lots of about RC from you, anyway thank you

Me too , cannot decide.

But if we only look at the campus, KJS is so new and bright. KGV is huge.
RC is crowded with 13 grades together.

Does traditional chinese and simplified chinese matter to you?
I dont really know much about simplified chin so I am afraid it will be difficult to help her with her chinese homework

The advantage of simplified Chinese is easier to learn so that they could have more interest to Chinese
