ESF Year 1 Result

I understand the result will be released on 16 Feb as stated in the website.  But just wonder if there is any chance to release earlier like last year on 5 Feb 2016?  Anyone could advise?

RC has officially said they will not early release, guess other esf schools the same.

Other than RC and DC, expect results a few days earlier.

Will ESF Primary give out any reject letter？。

I know some parents of TY with siblings at BHS were called by school today to meet with the school later this week, guess it may be because their kids did not perform as expected and would be offered chances for 2nd interview.

Does anyone knows if non-siblings also enjoy this special right? Anyone knows about the case in KJS?

I have a TY kinder friend got KJS second interview who has no sibling priority last year.

Can I assume if I don't receive a call from the ESF Primary (SJS) after his interview in Jan, my child will be offered a place on Feb 16?

Previous email said: will inform you of the interview result byemail in the third week of February.  If your child issuccessful, the letter you receive will request a deposit payment of HK$10,000.This deposit is non refundable but is used to credit against school fees. Inaddition, a Non Refundable Capital Levy payment (HK$38,000) is also required,both deposit and NCL will be required by Friday 24th February 2017 to securethe place.

Do you mean no 2nd interview will be offered if school believes the child is not up to the standard, after the 1st interview assessment?

好似唔係,之前D post 曾經講過2nd interview 係希望比嗰日1st interview shy 嘅小朋友多一次機會再聽下佢地D英文程度meet 唔meet standard ， 好多人都可以1st interview 就ok

We attended the year 1 interview on the 2nd week of Jan and now waiting for SJS & RC to release the result on Feb 16.  This 1 month waiting period is in fact very daunting.  I am afraid my kid doesn't pass the 1st assessment and hoping he will have a 2nd interview opportunity (we have both kindy & sibling priority). I only applied for SJS & RC and I have no back up plan if he fails both schools.  Sigh...
