No, like KCIS.They are at the lower end of the school fee spectrum. About $80,000 per year per head including profits.
From 2017/18 Govt numbers the primary students expenditure is about $51,000 a year per head. Discounted for smaller class size in KCIS and profit, they are very close.
Not to mention they run broadly speaking an English contemporary inquisitive based curriculum, while HK runs a spoon-fed supposedly efficient system.
Not to mention in 2018/19 波叔 said that the govt would spend HK$113.7 billion on education, an increase of 28.4% from HK$88.5 billion in the previous year.
And still they are constantly asking for more.Just how much more money HK should pour in the public education before we stop and ask “wait a minute, there is something not right here. “
