My daughter is now studying in S.1 in local secondary school. It is very difficult to study Chinese and, mostly, will not meet the DSE requirements because she has problems on understand Chinese essay especially 文言文. She was assessed as 讀寫困難 when she was six. Recently, she told me that she wants to change to IS so that she does not need to study DSE Chinese.
My daughter is very hardworking. Her teacher in primary school suggested us to find another way if she feels difficult. Now, she is afraid of studying Chinese.
So, is it difficult for her to change to IS now?
My daughter is passive and not enough self-confident. She not willing to ask questions in the class. But, she good at Math, Music and she likes studying English.
If possible, which IS is easier to apply for?
