not really.. just wish to get more info... as a 1st time mom and been out of hk education for long aftersince F7 graduation. . my intention was really to get more info... i'd say im still neutral on these 2 skools without particular preference at this point in time.. appreciate any open comments...

Totally disagree.聖心私小學術肯定好。中英數快一年今年升中派位9成以上Band 1

I prefer MPS

But not because they're different "levels"

Sometimes, we choose a slightly lower academic level school for various reasons

MPS is preferred. SH is a "little" harsh in workload and the outcome is not much better.

谷不是最好的方法的，讀書是講資質，興趣和方法。小學仲可以靠谷，到高中/大學便現形了。

你係唔係MSS舊生？如果我無記錯，我記得看過你的post。如果係，你應該最清楚MPS的風格，又係聖心家長，係度問人點compare兩間學校，其實你最有資格比comments.

唔洗勞氣! 始終好多人對英小有情意結. 一見英小vs中小就已經覺得級數唔同. 在我看來, 兩間學校(無論小/中學)在各方面根本就係同級, 相差不遠.
反而如果讀英小上英中, 科中文可能要多加留意就真. 除非一早預出國升學, 否則到考DSE時, 俾你科科5**, 衰喺中文一科手上就唔低啦!

每次見到 XXX vs yyy，就總會有人不問情由，沒頭沒尾的: 當然是 XXX 較好。

反而沒太多人去注意，XXX 有什麼特色，適合邊類小孩入讀，而YYY又適合那類孩子呢 ?

選校，以我理解，應該是講求合適度及個別家庭需要吧。
一衝埋來就說XXX 必定 = 很勁/必選並不是太理想的選校模式。
