GSIS average IB Diploma score 40.17 points - global average IB Diploma score of 30.07 points and 33.16 in the Asia Pacific region.
100% of the 46 students have been awarded the Diploma.
3 students (6.5%) scored 45 points, the maximum score possible. Globally 146 (0.1%) students achieved a perfect score, with 54 in the Asia–Pacific region.
29 students achieved a score of 40 points or above. (63.0%)
43 students achieved a score of 35 points or above. (93.5%)

LPCUWC

113 students graduated from LPCUWC this May. The students were immersed in a unique full-time two-year educational experience, incorporating the IB Diploma programme, as well as whole person development via practical and experiential learning.

With the official publication of the provisional results for the IB Diploma, we are pleased to announce that 28% of our 2016 graduates received 40 or more points (as compared with the world average of 7% in May 2015), with 5 students scoring 43 points and 9 students scoring 42 points, out of a maximum of 45.

All ten of the candidates who we recommended and entered for the full diploma passed, with an average score of 33.6 points i.e. our pass rate was 100%.

Two candidates scored 40 points, which would place them in the top 6 or 7 per cent of candidates globally over the past two years (6.7% in 2014; 7.4% in 2015).

They were joined by a further 3 candidates who scored 35 points or above, which would place them in the top 24 or 26 per cent of candidates globally over the past two years (24.8% in 2014; 26.7% in 2015).

With concerted efforts of all Logosians, our forth cohort of IB students has sat the May 2016 examination with encouraging results.  The following table illustrates the overall performance of our forty-three IB graduates:

This year, 7 ESF students achieved the maximum 45 points. They include:
King George V School (Hong Kong): QIAN Yi Xuan Yvonne and Grace WANG;

Sha Tin College, English Schools Foundation: Natalia Cheuk Ling CHAN (absent today);

South Island School: Bryan CHAN and Garrick WAN;

West Island School: Howard Yoo Hyun CHAE and Karthik Ranganatha SUBRAMANIAM.

Any differences in composite between the bilingual diploma of ISF, Logos , VSA and CKY?
1) Eng A+ Chi A or
2) Eng B+ Chi A
