英美加最 top 的大學，最熱門科目，十分多亞洲人，
再看 post grad programmes 中有點成就的，也是亞洲人多。
香港人自己也是亞洲人，但卻唔想仔女去和其他亞洲孩子一起上課，
這種心態十分奇特。

There are other goals to life besides academic grades and money. I wouldn't be surprised if some people might like their children to "脫亞", not genetically of course, but perhaps develop less of an Asian character. I'm not judging whether this mentality is right or wrong, just saying it may not be "十分奇特".

No. I have never said that whoever does not like asian faces were wrong. Everyone has his own rights to like what he thinks is "right". And that is why Trump has that many supporters.
But note. While Trump is clear what kind of people he hates, he is not one of those people.
I am just amazed by how local Hong Kongers are trying to act when they see asian faces.
My use of the words 奇特 was not negative. It did not mean "rare", it meant "odd".
I think no other people from other ethnicity would avoid or even dislike people of their own ethnicity. It sure is quite odd.
On the other hand, it is not unusual in Hong Kong. Just within EK, I can see people expressing their dislike of schools that have more asians.
So yes, you are right.
Case closed.

I don't think it is a matter of liking or not liking Asian faces, it is more to do with some people not wanting their children to develop an Asian mentality.

解釋一下:
我純粹只是猜猜他的意思，不代表他 post 相片的真正意思。

香港很多 IS 都有大量亞洲人入讀，這是香港的地理位置，工作環境和現今的大氣候所致，我完全沒眨意，純是猜猜那張相片的意思。

I don't mind if there are a lot of Asians, but I do mind if there are too many "strong country" people ... I know there are a lot of educated and nice ones there, just my own preference.

I was a Ycis ex-parent.
In general:
Kindergarten and primary : good, caring teachers and strong Chinese in primary
Secondary: not sure as i didn't get there yet before we quit. But many said that secondary students go abroad before high school and thus school recruit students from local or mainland. However, the school still can maintain IB score average 35-36 is better than expected.

There is not t good or bad school, just suitable or not suitable for your child and family.

Trust the school the curriculum is well designed and run. The gap can be handled by grouping different level of Chinese ability of students. But primary school teachers are more strict and students are requested not to speak Cantonese in class.
