如想入讀 John Hopkins CTY on-line program, 請問在香港有機構負責嗎？那裡可申請報名考入讀試？

我是直接在網上報名，不用經任何香港的機構。依照程序，先進行評核（talent search), 安排考試；得知分數後再報讀合適的online courses。

Talent search 跟 world class arena 是否相同？

當年科大及JH是以WCA來作評核！double distinctions 可以去 Imperial College 上 STEM暑期班，其他可以在香港上其他課程，包括 CTY的香港暑期課程。

CTY talent search is a computerized test that can be done at the HKEAA center in Sun Po Kong. (P1-P6 take the SCAT test and P7 and above take the SATs) Depending on one's score, one may be eligible (or not) for CTY online courses. CTY I think takes outstanding WCA results as meeting entry requirements (but I think one needs a double distinction from WCA to qualify).
My son qualified via the SCAT test at the HKEAA center.

我剛去年年尾開始研究呢樣嘢

CTY talent search入門，可以用WCT (world class test) 嚟報，又或者經talent search 考 SCAT，香港考試局內進行，日期自選，分英文及數學兩科，電腦測試。報告會有孩子响應考嘅grade响相應級別所屬percentile，talent search嘅passing grade等資料。每年有一個頒獎禮，香港都有搞，今年係5月1日，HKU進行，higher honour嘅得主會被邀請

WCT香港亦有得考，一年兩次，上星期六同下星期六考緊春季，2月尾報名，下一輪應該10月進行，早一個月多開始報名，$400一科，分數學及解難兩張卷，合共$800，兩份都"優"~ 為之雙優

5月1日係頌獎禮，唔係考試
如果想約考試，你註冊咗talent search之後，再去揀日子就得，但紅日應該無得考

Please note that there's a testing fee. I forgot how much I paid for my son to do the test last July. I think it was around HK$1,000. (you need to judge whether you want to pay this money and NOT be eligible for the CTY online courses).

The application for a test date is fully computerized and you get to choose from a list of available dates once you've paid and registered.

Test are conducted in English only and start from Grade 2
