AISHK: Enrolment update for 2017 reception

I've just got an email from AISHK regarding the enrolment update for 2017 reception.  I wonder does it mean AISHK will ask my son to attend the first batch of interview? Anyone could share? TIA

Yes, usually after updating the information, you will receive an email telling you the date and time for interview.

Bobolily, do you know the chance to be granted the offer if they invite you to attend the interview?

If u target next year entry, it means this year interview, so u need to apply in last yr

Congrats! Do you have any priorities and when did u submit the form?

My son holds OZ passport so has priorities and he goes to an international kindi, only English & Mandarin. We submitted the form the first day or two in Jan last year.

My girl holds OZ passport and go to IS kindy, but we lodged reception application in Mar last Year, need to go through interview later this Month. Hope she will succeed

Any knows if AIS has mandarin for recept years? I got an interview notification but wondering go or not. Given need to go for bridging school for 5 months and hesitate to move her after she settles in. She will go for ESF kindie for k1 in sept.

Thanks- decided to not go for interview. We live on HK side so KLT is too far. Also the 5 months bridging is easier for her to settle in a school staring in sept.

Anyone knows if AISHK is a though-train school? Since getting into reception, there will be no more interview for primary and secondary?

I would like to know if this school has any open days or information day? coz I'd like to know more about their reception class.
what do they do in class?
how about the teacher to students ratio?
could anyone can share more details in these area?

For those who got offer, would you mind sharing your background and how u got the offer? Ie when did u apply, any priorities, native English speaker？ what format was the interview? I've applied for the following year. Thx!
