但就真的有來自esf kinder，有1st round imterview但卻fail的例子，但一定是少數

一定有人fail 但佢地fail 得係有道理。

其實佢地真係吾想有學生fail ,不過fail 啲case 真係冇可能比佢pass,其實fail小朋友啲家長佢地一早已心中有數，一般正正常常的小朋友都99.9%pass

I have no idea for that. As I know, only 4 students in my son's class were invited for interview.

My girl also is not at ESF kinder and has a chance of interview in Kennedy School for the reserve list.  Frankly, English is not our native language but she can communicate in English.  Wonder if she still can pass the coming interview.  If they only choose the native speaker, then my girl is hopeless.

不是好彩，也是好彩。每間學校有自己條隊。前面有priority的申請人較少，后面的理所當然排得較前。好彩的，仍是他在他同一priority(or冇任何priority)一群，隨機號碼較前，所以好彩有得in。

You can find out from the letter whether your daughter has a chance or not.

Is there any successful case for a candidate who is not an ESF kidner student and not too fluent in English speaking?

I think fluent in English is a must, otherwise it will be very difficult for your child to catch up in the class while most of the classmates are native in ESF school.
