中一(2015-2016)轉校申請須知
本校於升中派位結果公佈當日，有關中一(2015-2016)轉校申請的安排，細則如下：
1.申請日期： 2015 年 7 月 7 日(星期二)升中派位成績公佈當日
2.申請條件： a. 成績及操行優良b. 小五上、下學期及小六上、下學期校內成績：英文科成績須全為 A 級(即達 90 分)、中文科及數學科合共須達四次成績 A 級及兩次成績 B 級(即達 80 分)；或考獲全級前五名。c. 已參加本年度教育局舉辦之升中派位計劃，並獲派中一學位。
3.申請程序：
a. 申請人須於申請當日到本校索取及填妥中一轉校申請表格及附表，並於上午 9:00 至中午 12:30 一併交回負責教職員。(上午 8:45 開始派表，中午 12:15 截止派表，符合申請條件者始獲派表。)
b. 申請人必須呈交下列文件影印本(並備妥文件正本以便查閱)(1) SSPA 派位証(Allocation Slip)(2) SSPA 入學註冊証(Admission Slip)(3) 小五及小六成績表
c. 成績符合要求而通過初步甄選者，可獲參加面試；面試名單於當日上午 10:00 起公佈，並於約每半小時更新面試名單。
d. 面試時間為 7 月 7 日(星期二)下午 1:30 至 4:30e. 甄選結果約於 7 月 7 日(星期二)下午 5:30 公佈。

Admission Procedures for Form One (2015-2016)

1. Please be advised that we are uncertain at present as to whether there will be vacancies in our Form 1 in the coming academic year (2015-2016). If there are vacancies and we decide to admit new students, selected applicants will be notified via e-mail to attend the Admission Written Tests scheduled for 9 July 2015 (Thursday). Applicants who do not receive e-mail from us by 5 p.m. on 8 July 2015 (Wednesday) should consider their applications unsuccessful.


2. Interested applicants can download the application forms (both Form A and Form B) from our school website and return the completed application forms to our school. The collection period of application forms is 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 7 July 2015 (Tuesday). A collection box will be placed at the Ho Tung Road school gate.


3. All applicants are reminded to complete the registration procedures with the secondary school to which they have been allocated.
