有冇人試過Book Depository 寄失書

I bought 3 books in the same order on Mar 24, they dispatched them in 2 batches. I got the first one 10 days before, while the other batch (2 books) is still missing.

Anyone has similar experience? Will Book Depository responsible for the lost?

識人試過遲咗成個月，send email去book depository佢哋會寄過或refund返比你，好均真

可能是遲左，如果寄失佢地會再寄過比你，放心！不過我上次係有一本係遲左好來，本來以為寄失佢地打算再寄返本書我的。

I had the same experience.  They promised to resend the books but I still have not yet received them after 14 days.  Don't know what can I do.

Please send email again and you will get the refund directly to the credit card account.

我試過書寄失了, 發電郵和他們聯絡, 很快又寄來一本.

我都試過訂左10多本但有一本寄失, email 同佢地講其他都收到, 唯有當中一本收唔到, 佢地就寄過比我~

我試過寄失兩本, request 佢re-send俾我, 等左1個月又係收唔到, 然後就request refund, 唔再re-send, 佢地都接受. 所以雖然等好耐, 同可能失書, 但我覺得佢地Service算好.
Email request re-send同refund完全唔需要同CS角力, 唔洗鬧。

最近一次買，已等了21工作天仍未收到

已經email 去問，回覆是再收不到可以resend, 雖然service好，但寄失書已是近3次order的第二次了。

最近係唔係特別多寄失？我都等左兩個星期之後都收唔到，email 比佢地，再過近兩星期先寄到。買本書居然要成個月。

今次是五月頭落單，上次寄失是三月中。TBP 反而從未寄失過（訂了六次）。

我訂過3次都冇寄失，今次6月中訂到今日都未收到，send email 問佢，都係回答叫我check local sorting office, 打去郵局就話order number 係查唔到，o敢我可以點呢 ??

照事實告訴BD 聽便可，除非他們能提供tracking no. ，否則沒法追查。
