I am not an expert related to health. I suspect (maybe I am wrong) that your son may show a little behaviors which are common to people having Asperger syndrome (AS), within the range of autism spectrum. No need to worry at this moment (maybe he is normal). It is good to seek assessment, diagnosis and help from experts from public (e.g. child assessment center in HK) and / or private sources (e.g. Heep Hong Society) for your son. The public and private sources in HK are now more than before. However, I am not sure whether the Southside Medical Centre in Macau could help your son in this case. It does no harm to phone them and ask. Also, no need to worry about labelling. Taking action earlier (at an early age) is more important and might help any required training timely and more effectively.
