只是七萬五千，以我記憶應該是non-refundable, but I could be wrong. If you are really keen on applying to IMS and this financial calculation is important to you, I can help you look it up.


Some figures in the newspaper article above are off (some too high and some too low). I think accuracy is not their focus (although as public media they should still get it right); their point was that IS is setting very high fees and debentures and some sort of governmental regulations should be in place to control it. Using that chart as IS financial planning would be unwise.

Just went through their debenture summary. I believe it is refundable (they call it transferable). I had the document in my computer, just that i wasn't home at the time i replied to your earlier email. Note thought, since they have acquired the Stanley premises, a new debenture setup will be in place as soon as their calculation is ready, so do expect a huge jump. It was quite low to begin with anyhow.

Please note that (if i remember correctly), from the time you apply for a withdrawl from the school, it may take up to a year to retrieve the debenture money due to the various processing.

Thanks jolalee! I attended the admission talk yesterday. Debenture maintains @ 75,000. Refundable, but there is 20,000 admin fee. I think it's reasonable.

I am not sure about primary entry, but for Casa last year the interview took place in Feb and they emailed us an offer within 1 week after the interview! It actually caught us by surprise and i had to ask them to push back their deadline for a few days since we were waiting for other offers at the same time (they needed us to confirm them within one week and other offers were not in yet).
