Can you brief us why Elbar is banned temporary or permanently?

From our understanding, he/she posted news related to Education or Liberal Studies mostly, in what sense which violated the forum rule?

有關國民之禁言因由，管理員早已發出通知給該國民，我們並不會對外公開禁言或禁訪原因。

如當事人想作進一步了解，請於用戶組更改後60天內，以「聯絡管理員」方式，到親子王國查詢系統發出問題，與管理員直接聯繫。謝謝！
