The difference between the 'anglo-chinese' and the 'international' class

Is Anglo-Chinese class are taught in Cantonese ans English and International class are in mandarin and English?

it seems that :
Anglo-Chinese class will be used Cantonese, English and mandarin.
But International class are in mandarin and English.

not sure correct or not
