自行選校, 做個人簡介應做中文或英文?

將會選2間英中, 理應做英文, 但學校獎項於成績表上寫中文的,
如果寫英文的話, 就會又中又英, 點好呢?

請各位指教

It doesn't matter much. Put those names/ detail exactly what it is printed.
Do not try to translate it. I did it for my son 6 yrs ago and now is my daughter's turn. No worry as long as you do it neatly and clear. All the best.
