My daughter is in KCIS primary (transferred from a local DSS), we're quite happy there. Her class teacher is responsible and positive. School rules are not as strict as local school. Chinese is quite good (among international schools), and the Chinese teacher is actually holding high standard.
I applied for my younger one to KCIS. We're among the first batch to take the interview. Some sibling of my daughter's classmates are in the same interview session too. They got offer quite early, a few days after the interview (end of Nov). I guess it's because of the elder ones are from KCIS kindergarten to KCIS primary, so the teachers are familiar with their family background and academic standard (my personal guess).
For us, the offer came a few days ago. Probably they wait for the assessment result of the elder one for the semester? My gal did pretty well, so probably that's the reason? I'm not sure. |
