For sharing with parents facing coming battle:

Don't think your children are superkids just because they are admitted to famous schools - they are just young kids.

Don't think your children are losers merely because they could not get into a school you like - this is a Marathon game and you never know who will run eventually faster.

Don't follow the general model of training for your kids - always remember every child is unique.

Don't sit there doing nothing for your kids and panic next year - for opportunities only leave to those well prepare.

Do give your kids more encouragement for every minor stuff - remember confidence is built bit by bit.

Finally, do keep yourselves happy - positive energy is the most thing that any kids need.
