This is so difficult to know how to use this website

I just want to sell out something here but this is so difficult to know how to use this website.  I haven't login in long time ago, it seems it is very difference with pervious useage.  I like the previous KB. So dissappointed.  It looks .....not useful for user.  Do you agree?
