Just collected. No authorization letter is required (maybe my DD is under 16).

BTW, why the "Place of Issue" is "MANILA"?

我收到UKVI-Manila Visa Hub Your visa will be despatched shortly. Passports can normally be collected from the Visa Application Centre after 3 days depending on which country you applied from or will be couriered back to you only if you have availed of this service. UKVI呢封email,咁係唔係有得攞還是要等香港簽證中心email才有得攞
