剛打去學校想話放棄學位，但學校話個$9000一係就讀兩個月後先可退、一係到K3畢業先退，好離譜。當初簽時無講清楚就算開學前放棄學位都不能退回，依家先5月……果然係一間牟利學校

Yes we note the two points mentioned in the notice, but that didn't explicitly say depositing this $9000 means accepting the offer and must choose to study in this school. $9000 is more like a symbolic amount for holding the offer as it has no clause in the notice that we cannot reject offer and the consequence that follows...just want to let others know my case and prevent doing the same like me.

我都交了9K, 現在收到其他offer, 所以都會放棄victoria, 學校有寫得好清楚中途走是冇得退的，確實係幾肉痛，而且也不太捨得放棄該學位。

you can call your bank to stop the transaction now(if still can), they just bank in yesterday, that's what I have been told to do, the only way to stop that. you may try.

Do you mind sharing whether your child has siblings already studying in SPN or you work for their organisation? Coz I heard that many people who is catholic and live in HK island didn't even get an interview.
