Congrats! More to prepare....
1. 6 passport photos (1.5'x2'), write it down the name and application no.)
2. 2 self addressed envelopes 4.5'x9.5' with $1.7 and $2.7 stamps respectively, write down the name and application no in left hand bottom corner)
3. A cheque with hk$660 dated 25/4, payable to St Catherine International Nursery (Harbour Place), write down the name, application no and contact no at the back of cheque
4. A blank cheque dated 2/5 for misc fee (amount subject to what we buy , appro. $1335)
5. Bring the bank info for completing of autopay form
6. Bring 2 blank cheques for playgroup application if space available on the registration date.
