Does  average 38 show that they can compete with any IS?

U better go to esf or Chinese int school website and check out the ib exam result. See what uni the graduates are going to.
Most of them are taking Ib and eng a.
Remember I am talking about the norm.
For genius or very smart and hard working students, they can shine in any school. La is cherry-picking the very best.

Also, take a detailed look in the gov issued IA report a few years before. U will feel funny after u find out the old headmaster spent 150k( some saying 2 mio) in training mainland school principal

Almost all IS take Eng A, and Chi B or even ab (lower level), or French/Spanish B or ab. They can't fight with Logos on Chinese :(

So, if you target local universities, Logos is a good choice.
If you target overseas universities and want native oral English and don't want to take Chi A, international schools are good choices.

Thanks. I know it's not apple to apple comparison, but can we say, LA Chi A + Eng B = most of IS' Eng A + Chi B, just that other IB schools, like CKY, they attempted the TRUE bilingual diploma, i.e. Chi A + Eng A.
