If start school now as PN or K1...1-2 years later will be 半天吊

唔關買唔買既問題,香港99.9999%既物業(無論買定租)都要跟ZONING去使用,都係城規話事....除非本身塊地既ZONING已經係FOR EDUCATIONAL USE,如果唔係都要申請,都要面對續期問題

For example, YEW CHUNG , the land piece is granted and zoned as GIC (school usage is always permitted) and they do not have this renewal problem....

Omg!剛致電york,那邊職員話佢地冇收到任何關於此類消息，有的話會通知家長，但唔肯講洗唔冼向城規續期？係租定買？上一次係邊年續期等等。雖然冇hkps offer也為有offer的家長擔心呢

成個九龍塘好都幼稚園都要面對續期問題，我想講呢個唔係淨係HKPS既事。起碼SC,York,think,Cannan,keen mind, st Nicholas...都係要向城規申請同續期。

大家唔好以為唔關自己事，可能有一日輪到自己小朋友間學校。

各位揸車既家長，唔好違泊，唔好停車等候。幫人幫自己。九龍塘路窄車多，4線變成2線1線，險象環生。
