Quite expensive. Maybe that's why many rather come back HK for break.

Years ago, most guardian service provided better service and care; they did not really treat it as business but nowaday...............

They also took in one or two kids only but nowaday.................

Surrey, 黎梗9月先開始用，應該包學校至host family接送，因為他們都住在學校附近，每年監護人費用£1650

係呀~ 4年前我仔申請大學時有Surrey大學嘅面試, 咁我咪搵下呢個地方嘅資料囉, 嚇死, 話係全英國大學生活最貴嘅地方喎(比倫敦仲貴喎,唔知真唔真~?)  因為Surrey大部分住嘅都係d中產以上嘅退休人士。

而且由我屋企去要坐4個幾鐘火車先去到, 面試前一日打電話去大學扮病...唔去面試(算係放棄左呢間大學。不過後尾都有收到offer喎


btw, 你好耐冇搵我喇,   你囡好嗎?

Hello,
我都成日想搵你, 但你又無上 skpye。
我女完全適應英國寄宿既生活, 對佢黎講, 寄宿生活簡單, 課餘活動又多,
讀書範圍又平實, 正所謂, 多勞多得, 唔同以前係香港, 讀完都係無把握,
而家呢度, 讀左就一定掂, 2nd term 之後, 我女都多左好多書要溫, 好多功課要交,
有時佢都話做/讀到死死下, 但佢地真係會主動溫習,
所以有時佢同我講話溫書溫到死死下.....幾辛苦...我咪應下佢就算, 由得佢講,
佢又會安排提早做晒功課, 以便某些晚上可以參加宿舍的活動,
總之,知佢過得開心, 自己攪得掂就好安落。

另外, 早前已向學校要求幫我女打番個支防腦膜炎針, 上個月安排打左。

我女4月5日會回香港過 Easter, 你呢?
有冇打算回來呀?

London is the most expensive city the rent alone will cost you an arm and a leg, surrey is the next county along and surrey uni is actually in Chalton which is extremely close to London hence the price.
