do you think those who receive letter for 2nd in = very high chance to be accepted or on the contrary borderline case??

Guess that borderline cases... As 2 little kids I know of are straight in after interview.

Why you know your kids are straight in after interview.  The result will only be released in mid April 14.

相信佢只係講返舊年或前年既 case，而非今年。

Yes, i agree with you as i have asked a fd whose older daughter is studying in K3 now, the younger daughter also need to have 2nd in.  

Her younger one cried in 1st interview, but maybe the older one is currently studying in there, so the school give the younder one the last chance by asking her to go for the 2nd in.

"The 2 little kids I know of" = 2 kids of my friends"
"Straight in after interview" = they were given offer on the result release day. I use "straight in" because none of them has taken second interview.
Hope the above clarify my words.
