My Nov BB is a small girl too but I find their interviewing questions very appropriate to her age - matching of shapes, colors and animal sounds. The teacher has asked if pm would be fine to us and we said no problem at all. My bb only failed to tell the teacher her name as she was a bit shy at the beginning. The whole interview process is very smooth and the teachers are all very nice. The school is super efficient! By the way, I notice that they didnt have male teachers at all, not even male NET or PTH teachers!
