我聽到係學校會「順便」幫家長報教育局，取消之前已註冊的學位。應該同以後考的無關

沒有家長簽名同意直資學校都可以通知教育署取消之前己註冊的學校？

I have called the Education Bureau to confirm.  School could at most file the students' names to them and stop all the lucky draw but they could not ask them to stop the application progress of any other schools.  That pincipal who said this is ....
