今年得一日交表
The Nursery class of 2014－2015 is now open for children born in 2011. Application form can be downloaded from our website from 15th October 2013 onwards. Application form submitted by mail, fax or courier post will not be accepted. The completed application form must be submitted in person to the School on 2nd November 2013 in office hour.
Notes for application :
1. Enrollment dates: 2nd November 2013 (Saturday)
2. Office hour: 8:30 am to 4:30pm
3. Please prepare the followings for enrollment:
I. Original and copy of the child’s birth certificate
II. A recent photo
III. One set of self-addressed envelope $1.7 (9”X4”), please kindly state the address
and name clearly
IV. Application fee of HK$30 (only crossed-cheque is accepted, please make the cheque
payable to ‘Munsang College Kindergarten’, and kindly state the name of children
and contact number at the back of the cheque.)
4. Interview arrangement: Interview will be held in November 2013, please be aware that
re-arrangement of interview will not be accepted, sorry for any inconvenience that this may
caused.
5. Please note that only one application form will be accepted per candidate.
