Completely agree with you Legoland! My son is in pathway 3, so I notice around 1/2 year to 1 year difference from local schools. They have workbooks and study books which I'm really impressed as to be honest I was expecting simple 1, 2, 3 chinese words, but now I'm a happy Mama!
I definitely do not push him and he does not receive extra tuition as to be honest what's the point as that's why I chose International, less homework less stress (I'm a lazy mama!), I can say that for a majority of the kids parents in his class for chinese. So everyone don't let chinese put you off applying, just speak and read to them more in chinese, that's at least I can do which we really enjoy! Good luck everyone!
