Yes, if you choose 2nd choice for St. Paul Primary Catholic school in this year, I think you might get it if your number assigned was at the front. This year I guess there should have less parents selected this school because it will be temporarily relocated to Chai Wan for renovation soon and it's secondary school will be changed to private school either in the year of 2014 or 2015.
This year, I also chose this school as the 2nd choice.
