(2) 做 vs 造
(3) 裏 vs 裡

Are you able to read Chinese? If so, you can look up and find their explanation in Chinese dictionary. You may take chance to teach your child on how to use dictionary which is good for his study.

Please excuse me in case you have used dictionary but still cannot tell the difference.
