The College of Law, yes.  In the old days, a lot of people went there to do The Law Society's Final Exam Part 2 (which is similar to nowadays' PCLL in HK).

Yes.  They are good.  They offer graduate diploma in law for students who have a degree in another subject and want to do a law conversion.  They also offer accelerated law degree (2 years instead of 3)!
