PM class

My boy started K1 pm class last week, he used to have a 2 hrs afternoon nap. Since started school, his sleeping time/eating time is messed up. Can other pm class parents give me some suggestion on sleeping/eating time?

My girl started PM pre-nur class.  She used to wake up at 7am and nap 2 hrs between 12nn-2nn.  Now, she skipped the nap totally and go to bed as early as 7:30pm at night and sleep thru to 7am.

We tried to let her sleep at 11:30am-12:30nn before class or let her sleep after school but she just simply cannot fall asleep at those slots.

我個仔讀緊PN PM CLASS, 早上他就習慣7:00AM起, 而家晚上我會叫他9:00PM瞓, 我同佢講如果放學搭校車, 你眼瞓可以瞓一陣, 放學跟車嬸嬸及老師到站會叫你起身。

thank you BoBo and Fasic, it's a pain going to pm class. My son used to have a very routine timetable but since starting school, it's a pain for both the boy and myself. Thanks for the suggestion, I will try to get him to sleep earlier tonight.

My son studied N1 PM last year. He woke up at 10:30am, had brunch at 11:00am, nap again at 12:00pm and then went to school at 1:15pm

totally understand how pain it is to see her bad temper due to lack of sleep and we don't have play time together!!

too bad about choosing PM class!!

Actually it depends the distance between your home and the kinder.

If the kinder is far away, it'd better to have PM class... no need to struggle in the early morning...

My son take nap during return school bus trip or after arrived home, for half to 1hour, and wake up before 6pm. Then take a bath and dinner. I can play with him after work and then he will sleep at around 10:30-11pm until 8:30-9am next morning. So far he get used to this schedule.

My son is in pm class too.

7:30am wakes up
8:00-9:00 bring him to park to burn his energy
9:45-11:15 nap
11:30 lunch
12:30 school
9:00 sleep

my schedule is quite similar to you
10:00 - 10:30am mike + wake up
11:30am lunch
12:30pm school
4:45pm after school (may sleep in shcool bus)
5:30pm - 6:30pm nap (sometimes only)6:30pm Dinner
10:30pm - 11:00p.m. sleep

Then I can share more time with my daughter after work

咁請問你有沒有替你的小朋友安排課外活動呢？因為如果返下午班好像比較難安排星期一至五的課外活動。

我仔仔番緊pm K1 class,放學後約5:00-6:30 會小睡，晚上9:30-10:30瞓，逢星期一，二，四，10:00-11:00am上興趣班，我仔仔都ok，無扭計，大家唔好咁緊張，慢慢調節
