My son attended Boxhill (Fo Tan) playgroup before, we enjoyed it very much. The content is systemic and appropriate to their age, also discipline is emphasized during the class. But now it seems only Saturday playgroup available because they extend regular classes that making no room available for playgroup.
Another suggestion for English playgroup in Shatin is Learning Adventures, their teachers are foreigner, not NET. Also, it has a big playground for children to play at anytime. I remember they have playgroup from baby to kindergarten children.
