I know students from Kingston(kindy and primary) to RC but not the vice versa. However, the chinese standard of Kingston(primary student) is much better than RC.

RC is a through-train school, but the connecting secondary school for Kingston is somewhere close to the border with China (沙頭角), if the kids don't apply to other schools.
