問題係好多家長都唔識分析,只係睇個排位呢。有個有趣現象,如果將2010年既6科十四分百份比排名,直資私校和官津校一齊排名,你會發覺係冇乜分別。D直资私校成日話什麽有收生自主權呀,多D資源俾學生呀,都係BS多D！

每個家庭的考量不一樣，我心頭高些，只看拔尖加優良率。看6科14分對我沒有意義，sorry。

如果教育可以咁簡單量化,那你就不用花那麽多錢讀DBS了,讀聖公會林護就可以了。

DBS唔多錢，因為不用補習，而且不用為NSS補課及操卷。某些名校係唔啱我個懶惰但有些小聰明的阿仔。

話時話你絕對正確，學校配對，點會咁簡單，我們作家長要俾d心機，因為正常情況下，我們最了解自己孩子。

Agreed absolutely, the target of 14 points for 6 subjects is rather low, and I dun know why it is 14, but NOT 15? 16 points ? or 18 points for 6 subjects( supposingly better bench mark for 18 because it is equivalent to 6 credits for 6 subjects).

It looks to me it is some kind of deliberate benchmark setting to manipulate the ranking.

14 pt out of 6 subjects just equivalent to 33222 in HKDSE.

我真係好震驚有家長唔知六科十四分係乜,係教署定既指標呀,並唔係什麼“deliberately manipulate”呀！OMG！
Hi ANChan59, it further proves that not every parent has the ability to interpret the ranking. Just list the data, don`t rank the schools! 無論你用咩criteria, 只要家長既心儀學校排得唔好,都會有陰謀論。
One more interesting point, it further proves that 學生叻唔係好關學校事,你看看有些拔尖人數有雙位數既學校,可以有二三十個%既學生連六科十四分都冇。假設學校係一間工廠,叻既學生係學校製造出來的,那二三十個%不合標準,這工廠的QC係完全唔合格了！

我一直都覺得HK叻既學校只係marketing做得好,吸引到最叻既學生入讀,考試叻唔叻只係學生自己既問题。

I think we are all very eager to know these schools nowadays to have such contradictory results. I thought It only happened in my years, for school like Dxx, who always acquired students from other schools who had broken the Hk athletic records, and remarketed those students as self-trained Hk sport record holders.
