一般學ＰＨＯＮＩＣＳ要學幾耐？

我女升k2, 係k1時屋企同學校都有教a-z 原音, 我覺得教原音較易, 連 phonics kid dvd教材學, 好快已經掌握, 你讀個字佢已寫得出 first letter . 所以如果想慳錢, a-z 原音可在家教.
但去到雙音及blending, 自問唔識點教亦怕教錯, 所以k2起會去中心由net教, 直接讀中班, 每星期兩堂, 半年完成.

教材有VCD，內容同書一樣，會知讀音。且中小學都學過。
我小朋友出去讀NET的課程主要係會話，同phonics 分開。

我仔學Hooked On Phonics, 都用左兩年才學完。

I also think that the sound of a-z can be easily taught by parents at home, I plan to let my kid to go to the learning centre to learn blending and upper levels. But the staff told me that the kids still require 2-3 years to completely learn phonics (meaning they can read on their own), which I think it is a bit longer than expected.

which center did your kid go?

阿囡初上中班, 未知學得好唔好, 唔敢recommend 比你.
2-3年應該係一星期一堂,  如一星期兩堂, 進度會快好多.
我預算半年上完中班, 再上半年高班, k3開學可學晒.

you can try the English eggs online, very interesting and useful for self-learning phonics. My son was studying in Australia, and they also play this in the class.

如果用JOLLY PHONICS 大約需要1年多的時間!!!學PHONICS對佢第時READING好有幫助架!!

我仔仔上次去左灣仔間KidSquare試堂，佢地有Letterland學，都好似幾好，灣仔好似得佢有，有無人上過？

我同意自己係屋企教，如一星期三日，一定比出去学快好多。

用VCD既平過出去學，又可重覆播。小朋友出去學，又可能遊魂，溫習時又係要家長教。

我用Phonics Kingdom, GC 出的。在教育王國都有賣廣告。

另外youtube都有其他video關於phonics，在Keyword 打 "phonics" 去search，當輔助吓。
