I wonder if DGS will send out letters to applicants who have SPCC offer first.
My daughter said Ms.Lau writes down which school accepts you.

If you have your letter on hand and"luck" it without open the envelop, the thin and light one means'Reject' letter. The think and heavy one is "Offer" letter.
