On what basis can ESF draw the conclusion that the incident was an unfortunate and regrettable accident?  Was it simply based on the ESF boy's representation? Any reasonable man who had watched the video can tell you whether this was a deliberate kick (nearly a fatal one) or an accident.  If ESF believed the school should say something at this stage, why not simply said they felt sorry for the boy and are looking into the matter.

16:0 Why those teams will meet again ? The losing team do have enough courage to be there.   Perhaps they do think it was just a game and enjoy it.  I think the winner team must have much harder training behind that victory!  They play it purely to win.

baby8, 不要這麼一句就評論別人"They play it purely to win". 參加比賽想 win 不是問題，只要是 fair game 就成。輸了也不用出手打人，這是基本的 sportsmanship，怕輸的就不要去比賽吧，不喜歡別人 "purely to win" 也不要去比賽吧。

如此的學校 , 如此的教練, 誤人子弟 ! 差一點點, 如果真的賠了命, ESF 是否有如此回應........ SIGH !!!

今次對 ESF 是一個公關大災難。我估計他們這麼說，因為聽取了法律意見，如果 say sorry 呢，等同認了，就有 legal consequences。一般的法律意見，多數提議“死牚”，最多大家對簿公堂。恕我得罪講句，律師最喜歡你對簿公堂。

可惜，今次 ESF 不應去搵律師，而應去搵公關，佢地不單錯過了盡快大事化小小事化無的黃金時間，還要走去火上加油！！！真係蠢到冇人有！！！要知道，受傷小朋友的家庭和朋友並不是普通的升斗市民，他們絕對不會接受你一句“ unfortunate accident" ！

難道真的要上法庭見，到時那些律師費、訟費，難道到時要 ESF 的眾學生和家長攤分？！

也不應該這麼計算。就不要去聽律師呀公關呀，作為一個辦學團體，可否去聽聽自己的良知？你這樣做怎去為人師表！！

Why not offer a place for the No.2  Lions in 傑志 ?  Teach him how to play in the right way  and not just accusing him.

Using "rock, scissor, paper" to choose team players alternately seems to be more effective in building same level teams to play a fair game in old days.  Of course, they still fight and get hurt but they play again and become friends years after.   Those were the golden days.

我想話,應該幾乎所有in house的法律意見都會話，萬一道歉，日後人地索償，會處於不利位置。這，某程度是對的，可是，事實是這個case証據充份，因為有片。如果youtube上的只是剪輯，相信那位家長一定有較長版本（唔知有冇full version）。而這啲全部都是警方去查的重要資料。如果夠料，其實道歉與否並不太影響人家索償時是否不利。不過，正如我所講，所有法律意見都係傾向保守的。所以，同意你所說，ESF真的需要好的公關。

I found from youtube title {"英基U12無品證據" 傑志U12 vs ESF英基U12},  just wonder if any other team member  of "英基U12" found "無品", if not so, it seems unfair to those little boys.

對那兩位小孩子也是一場悲劇，事情發展到這一步，我想大家最不忿的就是 ESF Admin 和 那一個 Development League 的 organizer.
如果我是 ESF Admin, 我會盡快與小孩的家長找別人道歉，平息事件（如果別人要 claim damage 你也沒有辦法，也是應該的），嚴懲那一位 coach。還要盡快找心理學家輔導那位小孩。這才是真正在解決問題。

"I saw what your guys did, you guys are a disgrace"  Can anyone tell who is that man and what he saw ?  Did he mean what No.2 did as in the movie or something that we didn't saw? Any more video ?  Any parents from both sides ?
