Yes, my child just transferred to this kindergarten early this month.  In fact, most of the students here are new.  Native teachers are good for training children's listening skills.  However, local English teachers are usually better trained on teaching languages.  I think if the local teachers are qualified ones, I am fine with this half NET and half local English teachers arrangement.

There are less students in pm class per class, but I am not sure how many there are.  I guess it should be less than 20 at the moment.  Yes, my child likes the school and the teachers.  I think most parents let their children switch to this school because of the name 'Raimondi'.  Although it is not guaranteed, there is still priority for the students here.

Yes, K3 students still need to go through the interview; however, they have higher priority than outsiders.
