I cannot remember if I've mentioned in my previous post, I know some parents will do that and I'm also trying to do so, but I'm still in the process.

I think you can:
1. Find out if you have  friends (or friends of friends) who have children studying in the target schools
2. Ask the tutor in the 補習社
3. Compare some works the school put on web-site (but not much) or works shows in the open days
4.  You may also compare the text books used

Thanks for those readers who read my post. I'd like to share because I think it may be good to know more of SC K3 student.  I must say actually I am not a very good example and my girl result is not top at all.  I believe there are many other parents in SC who are doing much better than me.  Hope more parents can share their experience.

I can say that your sharing is really very useful to us ,even though my elder son is also a current k3 student.  Which school will you choose for your girl finally?  I finally decide to give up SFA offer, still struggling between APS and KTS.  How about you?

Upto today, I think I will chose KTS. It is becase KTS suit her more and think that she will like to go to school.  I hope that in her primary school stage she love to go to school and then hope this feeling will extend to those year after primary school.

Hi joeyxlma, do u mind sharing your girl's eng learning centre? am very interested in RWI too, but st cat is not using RWI at sch rite? would there be a period of confusion to adapt another phonics theory for your daughter? kindly share, thx~

My daughter will attend K1 at St Cat in the coming Sep. I am also looking for the following private tutor or training centre for her activities. Can you pm me the names that you recommend? many thanks.


1) English Centre: Trinity , cambridge english courses etc
2) Story telling/poem both in Eng and Cantonese
3) Speech training both in Eng and Cantonese and Mandarin

1) English Centre: Trinity , cambridge english courses etc

Dear All sorry for the late reply but I think I've just go thro all your pms. Should I miss any pls let me know,

As said, there is a very interest thing that most of the pm is asking which ENGLISH centre my girl is going to.  Frankly I write this post quite a long time ago so I forgot part of the content but I think my writting on ENGLISH must out-weight the other which lead to such enquiries.

I must remind the fellow parents that the training is not only for English. Any fruitful education training must bsed on a very solid family triaing that a lot ot itme and love have been devoted to your honey.
