From my observations and my staff's salary, the info is biased and something wrong of the samples, like age groups, relevant experience, disciplines or professional, university profiles ......

But it serve the purpose of Party Line..... nothing more.

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

It's not surprising.

At the start of career, the salary and position should be be too different between the local and overseas graduates. But after years, overseas guys should show advantages particularly in connections, presentation and visions.
