Not really sure  what is the meaning of the letter。 no second interview but still can be on the waiting list。 if no second interview， must well be straight forward and tell the parent reject， do not give false hope to parents as people may have other plan

No,reject letter講明未能取錄，waiting letter叫你21號打去問有無位

咁又唔係嘅，呢刻無位，到6月final果時或出年開學前實大執位。
咁你封waiting letter咪一用。
唔係咩叫waiting。唔使灰喎。好過我reject先。
