Maybe they have too many candidates so believe they have more bargaining power to request a higher tuition fee with less adminstrative work (tons of admin work if join the pre-primary education voucher scheme).  但等人報完名先講真係唔係幾好

What's a pity !

I think the turnover rate of class teacher and the high running cost is a main concern.  The low salary can't keep the experienced teachers stay, except those loyal teachers.

In this year graduation performance, the headmistress already complained to Education Secretary that the subsidiary amount is too low to cover actually; because this amount keep same for many years.

In Ling Liang, high teacher student ratio; net teacher in each level; mandarin teacher; special PE teacher; many supporting staff; many functional/festival activity; intra-network; and a lot of photo/DVD.
Value for cost really !

yeah, I agreed with TOKIN.  It's better to withdraw from the programme in order to maintain a higher quality of service.  But LLCHK voice out a bit late though ....

可以打去cwb靈糧話退$30呀... 不過要蝕$1.4 x 2 stamps囉...
