I think the most important factor is if having a secondary backup is important.   If so, then ST LIOUS is better

我覺得一間中學如果校風好，成績麻麻都可以接受，但係蘇中Ｄ學生我成日見到，大大聲講粗口好平常，著住校服食煙都見過幾次，拍拖就當然都有啦。。。。。不過我唔知蘇小有幾多會派番入蘇中。。。如果成績中間都要派番入去，我覺得好得人驚囉。。。

我一出生到而家都仲住係北角, 成日都會見到蘇中D學生TOO......

I (and I believe all mums having kids studying in KCS primary or KG) never treat KCS primary and secondary a related school other having their name starts with KCS and having the same sponsoring body.  Almost no student from KCS primary will go to KCS secondary each year based on my memory. Thus, I think the reputation or quality of the KCS secondary's student is not a concern in weighting your choices.  I think you can simply treat KCS primary a school without back-up secondary school.

So, if you like active way of teaching and do not care about the P6 allocation result too much, I think Jiu Yan is an appropriate choice.  If you value Mandarine very much and want a better P6 allocation result, KCS primary is a good choice.  If you don't want headache 6 years later, definately St Louise.
